摘 要:探讨了黄芪缓解运动性疲劳的作用及其作用机理.对昆明小鼠以空白对照组和黄芪水提液低、中、高不同剂量组分别灌胃后,测定各组小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素水平、肝糖原含量及血乳酸曲线下面积.结果显示:与阴性对照组相比较,3个剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间延长、肝糖原含量升高,血液中尿素水平降低、血乳酸曲线面积减少(P<0.05).抗疲劳效果在3个剂量组间呈递增关系,表明黄芪水提液对消除疲劳有积极作用,且功效与黄芪灌胃剂量存在依赖关系.This paper discussed the effect and mechanism of Astragalus membranaceus on relieving exercise-induced fatigue.Kunming mice were divided into the high-dose treatment group of water extract from Astragalus membranaceus(WEA),medium-dose treatment group of WEA,low-dose treatment group of WEA and blank control group.After oral gavage,the loaded swimming time,serum urea level,hepatic glycogen content,and area under blood lactic curve of each group were determined.The results showed as follows:compared with negative control group,in 3 dose groups,the loading swimming time of mice was prolonged,the content of hepatic glycogen was increased,the blood urea level was decreased,and the area of blood lactic curve was decreased(P<0.05).Anti-fatigue effect showed an increasing relationship among the three dose groups.It shows that WEA has a positive effect on eliminating fatigue,and the effect is dependent on the gavage dose of Astragalus.
