摘 要:1+X证书制度强调学历证书教育与职业技能资格证书培训并举,有助于推进复合型技术人才的培养,也必将带来教育教学管理模式的变革。分析高职商务英语专业1+X教学现状,指出目前存在着商务英语专业课程体系不够完善,专业课程评价与学分制度有待升级,专业教师企业实践能力有所欠缺,实训基地不足,校企合作不够深入等实际问题。在把握1+X证书制度内涵的基础上,讨论并探索了优化1+X在高职商务英语教学改革中的实施策略:优化和完善高职商务英语专业教学设计,丰富教学评价模式,加强“双师”师资队伍建设,加强实训设施建设,深入推进校企合作。1+X certificate system underscores the importance of diploma education and vocational skills qualification certificate training.Implementation of 1+X certificate system contributes to pushing forward new-technological talents cultivation,and is sure to bring about reform of teaching management mode.This article analyzes the current status of 1+X certificate education in higher vocational business English major,and points out practical problems such as imperfect curriculum system of business English major,undeveloped curriculum evaluation and credit system,lack of enterprise practical ability among business English teachers,lack of training bases,and insufficient cooperation between colleges and enterprises.On the basis of grasping the connotation of 1+X certificate system,this article discusses and explores advanced implementation strategies of 1+X certificate teaching reform,specifically,optimize and improve teaching design of business English major in higher vocational colleges;Enrich teaching evaluation mode;Strengthen“double-certificated”teaching staff construction;Promote training facilities construction and cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
