摘　　要：乡村振兴战略下,大学生返乡就业创业问题一直受到高度重视。以湖南省娄底市的大学生为样本进行问卷调查,分析影响大学生返乡就业创业的因素,结合逐步分析法及AIC准则,选取其中三个关键变量进行实证分析,构建Logit回归系数模型。模型结果显示,性别、所在年级、所在城市的经济发达程度三种因素中,城市的经济发达程度对大学生是否愿意返乡就业创业的绝对影响最大。为鼓励大学生返乡就业创业,政府相关部门应优化返乡就业创业待遇,高校应加强对乡村振兴战略的宣传,大学生及其家庭也应转变思想观念,大学生返乡就业创业不仅能为乡村振兴注入高素质人才动力,还能解决大学毕业生的就业难题。Under the rural revitalization strategy,the problem of college students returning to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship has been highly valued.Through taking college students in Loudi City of Hunan Province as the sample body,the study conducts questionnaire survey to analyze the influencing factors of college students returning to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship,and selects 3 key variables to do empirical analysis in combination with step by step analysis method and AIC criterion,and builds Logit regression coefficient model.The model results show that among gender,grade and economic development degree of the city,the economic development degree of the city has the greatest absolute influence on whether college students are willing to return home for employment and entrepreneurship.In order to encourage college students to return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship,relevant government departments should optimize the remuneration.Colleges and universities should strengthen the publicity of rural revitalization strategy.College students and their families should also change their ideas.College students returning to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship can not only inject high-quality talents into rural revitalization,but also solve the employment problem of college graduates.
