摘  要:通过问卷调查形式调研生源多元化背景下高校思政教育工作的实施现状,并利用SPSS 26.0软件进行数据分析。结果表明,问卷具有较高信度,学生个体间的满意度差异不大,生源多元化背景下的高校思政教育工作取得了优异成效。通过t检验发现,从目标导向、师资管理、实践应用维度来看,不同政治面貌的学生政治素养不同。通过回归分析可知,内容方法和师资管理对思政教育目标的达成有显著正向影响。高校应加强对生源多元化背景的了解和认知,采用多样化的教学方法,丰富教学内容,加强师资队伍建设和教师培训,建立学生参与和反馈机制。The study investigates the implementation status of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of diversified student sources with questionnaire survey,and uses SPSS 26.0 software to do data analysis.The results show that the questionnaire has high reliability.The satisfaction of individual students is not quite different,and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has achieved excellent results under the background of diversified student sources.Through t test,it is found that from the perspective of goal orientation,teacher management and practical application,students with different political profiles have different political literacy.Regression analysis shows that the content method and teacher management have significantly positive influence on the achievement of ideological and political education goals.Colleges and universities should strengthen the understanding and cognition of the diverse background of students,adopt diversified teaching methods,enrich the teaching content,strengthen the construction of teachers and teacher training,and establish the mechanism of student participation and feedback.
