扎根理论在小学教育专业师范生实习需求调研中的应用

摘  要:利用扎根理论,结合质性研究方法与量性研究方法,对20名大学生进行访谈,并随机抽取423名小学教育专业师范生进行问卷调查,以此了解小学教育专业师范生的实习需求。结果表明,小学教育专业师范生的实习需求包括情感需求、岗位需求、能力提升需求、职业生涯规划需求、角色调节需求5个维度。通过信度效度分析发现,问卷具有良好的信度与效度,可以用于对不同地域小学教育专业师范生实习需求进行调研。Based on Grounded Theory,combined with qualitative research method and quantitative research method,the study interviews 20 college students,and randomly selects 423 normal students of primary education major to do questionnaire survey,so as to know the internship needs of normal students of primary education major.The results show that the practical needs of normal students of primary education major include five dimensions:emotion,post,ability,career planning and role adjustment needs.Through reliability and validity analysis,it is found that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used to investigate the practice needs of normal students of primary education major in different regions.
