摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会和党的二十大启示应从中华文化、中国精神解读人类文明新形态。人类文明新形态作为中华文明在新时代的最新发展,传承和发展着源远流长的中华文化和中国精神,体现了中华文明发展的特殊性和人类文明发展的普遍性的统一,开创了中华文明和人类文明发展的新纪元,为解决中国问题和世界难题提供了有益借鉴。人类文明新形态得益于中国精神的时代塑造,实质上是对中国精神的延续、创新与发展,为中国精神宝库增添了富有时代特色的新内容。在新时代,要促进人类文明新形态不断完善,推动人类文明新形态朝更加美好的方向前进,应发挥中华文化和中国精神的引领作用,培育高度的文明自觉精神,以科学的中华文明观加强文明交往,以全人类共同价值汇集和发展人类文明新形态的合力。Any civilization continues the cultural genes and spiritual blood of its own country and nation.As the contemporary presentation of Chinese civilization,the new form of human advancement must be rooted in the rich soil of Chinese culture and the profound Chinese spirit.Its rich ideas provide useful reference for solving the problems of China and the world.The new form of human advancement benefits from the shaping of the Chinese spirit of the times.Its essence is the continuation,innovation and development of the Chinese spirit,adding new content with the characteristics of the times to the treasure house of the Chinese spirit.In the new era,to promote the continuous improvement of the new form of human advancement,it is necessary for Chinese culture and the Chinese spirit to play the leading role in cultivating a high degree of self-awareness of civilization.It is also necessary to strengthen the exchanges of civilizations with the scientific concept of Chinese civilization,and to gather the joint forces of developing the new form of human advancement with the shared values of mankind.
