对航空航天医学专业本科学员临床实习教学管理工作的思考

摘　　要：临床实习是医学专业本科学员获得岗位胜任力的关键环节。航空航天医学专业及相关医学岗位任职需求具有特殊性,对本科学员临床实习的教学管理工作提出了更高要求。该研究在介绍航空航天医学专业本科学员临床实习教学特殊性的基础上,通过分析空军军医大学在该专业本科学员临床实习教学管理中存在的问题,探讨改进措施,以提高临床实习教学水平及本科学员的岗位胜任力。Clinical internship is a key link for undergraduate students to obtain post competency.Due to the specificity of the profession and job requirements,aerospace medicine has higher requirements for teaching managemet of undergraduate students'clinical internship.On the basis of introducing the particularity of clinical internship teaching for undergraduate students majoring in aerospace medicine,this study analyzed the problems that existed in the management of clinical internship teaching for undergraduate students in this major at the Air Force Military Medical University,and explored improvement measures to enhance the level of clinical internship teaching and the job competence of undergraduate students.
