中国语境下职业体育俱乐部社会责任的概念考察与重塑

摘　　要：采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,比较分析国内外俱乐部的本质属性、考察分析国内外俱乐部社会责任的概念,在中国语境下,对俱乐部社会责任的概念进行重塑。国内外关于俱乐部社会责任的定义主要从履责内容、履责对象和履责方式三个维度展开,有共识但也有分歧。进一步分析提出,俱乐部社会责任指俱乐部为实现自身与社会的健康、和谐发展,在依法经营、创造利润及有效管理其对利益相关者的影响过程中,所应承担的与特定时代环境相适应的寻求经济和社会综合价值最大化的责任。在明确这一概念内涵和外延的基础上,从俱乐部社会责任并不等同于俱乐部公益慈善捐赠、俱乐部社会责任因俱乐部发展阶段不同而变化及俱乐部社会责任并非静态不变的责任等方面,剖析现存片面认识并加以澄清,促进俱乐部社会责任理论与实践发展。Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,based on the comparative analysis of the essential attributes of domestic and foreign clubs and the investigation and analysis of the concept of social responsibility of domestic and foreign clubs,this paper reshapes the concept of social responsibility of clubs in the Chinese context.The definition of club social responsibility at home and abroad is mainly discussed from three dimensions:the content of responsibility performance,the object of responsibility performance and the way of responsibility performance.There is consensus but also differences.Further analysis was puts forward that club social responsibility refers to the responsibility of seeking the maximization of comprehensive economic and social value in accordance with the specific time environment in the process of operating legally,creating profits and managing its impact on stakeholders effectively in order to realize the healthy and harmonious development of itself and society.On the basis of defining the connotation and extension of this concept,from three aspects:the club social responsibility is not equal to the club charitable donation,the club social responsibility is closely related to its own development stage,and the club social responsibility is not a static responsibility,this paper deeply analyzes the existing one-sided understanding and clarifies it,so as to promote the development of club social responsibility theory and practice.
