摘　　要：目的探讨血清miR-4485-3p和miR-1469在胃癌患者手术前后的表达变化及对术后复发或转移的预测价值。方法选取胃癌患者80例,全部患者均接受手术治疗。比较手术治疗前后血清miR-4485-3p和miR-1469水平,同时分析血清miR-4485-3p和miR-1469表达的相关性,以及血清miR-4485-3p和miR-1469对术后复发或转移的预测效果。结果胃癌患者手术治疗后血清miR-4485-3p与miR-1469水平高于治疗前(P<0.05);胃癌患者血清miR-4485-3p和miR-1469水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。术后复发组患者的术前血清miR-4485-3p和miR-1469低于无复发组(P<0.05);术后转移组患者的术前血清miR-4485-3p和miR-1469低于无转移组(P<0.05)。结论血清miR-4485-3p和miR-1469在胃癌患者手术后水平得以明显提升,且可对术后复发或转移提供良好的预测价值。Objective To investigate the expression changes of serum miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 before and after surgery in patients with gastric cancer and their predictive value for postoperative recurrence or metastasis.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer were selected,all of whom received surgical treatment.The serum levels of miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 before and after surgical treatment were compared,and the correlation between the expression of miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 was analyzed,as well as the prediction effect of miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 on postoperative recurrence or metastasis.Results The serum levels of miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 in patients with gastric cancer after surgical treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between serum miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 in patients with gastric cancer(P>0.05).The preoperative serum miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 in postoperative recurrence group were lower than those in non-recurrence group(P<0.05).The preoperative serum levels of miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 in postoperative metastasis group were lower than those in non-metastasis group(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of serum miR-4485-3p and miR-1469 can be significantly improved in patients with gastric cancer after surgery,and can provide good predictive value for postoperative recurrence or metastasis.
