摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴瘤患者自体外周血造血干细胞(PBSC)采集过程中静脉通路的选择与采集效果。方法回顾性分析行自体造血干细胞采集的74例淋巴瘤患者的临床资料,其中48例采用外周静脉采集,26例采用中心静脉采集,比较在同一血细胞分离机正常运行的情况下干细胞采集的顺利程度、采集干细胞数量以及质量。结果外周静脉组和中心静脉组化疗后,应用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)进行外周血造血干细胞动员采集,采集成功率分别为86%和89%,无统计学差异(P>0.05);采集顺利程度占比分别为90%和96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采集过程中均未发生不良反应。结论经中心静脉PBSC采集顺利程度优于外周静脉,但采集细胞数目,采集优良率无显著差异。临床可根据患者自身情况合理选择。Objective To explore the selection and effect of venous access during the collection of autologous peripheral hematopoietic stem cells(PBSC)in lymphoma patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 74 lymphoma patients with autologous hematopoietic stem cell collection were conducted.Among them,48 cases used peripheral venous collection,26 cases used central venous collection,the smoothness of the stem cell collection under the normal operation of the same blood cell separator,the number and quality of the collected stem cells were compared.Results Peripheral venous group and central venous group received chemotherapy after mobilization with G-CSF.The success rates of collection were 86%and 89%,respectively.The success rate of collection was respectively.No adverse reactions occurred during the collection.Conclusion The PBSC collection from the central vein is better than the peripheral vein.However,the number of cells collected and the success rate of collection are not significantly different,and the adverse reactions can be controlled.The clinical choice can be based on the patient's own condition.
