摘　　要：由肺癌转移到胰腺并引发胰腺炎的病例较为少见,因此,临床上没有固定治疗方案。中医根据肿瘤发生乃气、血、津液不通,留而成积的病机,采用“通”法作为治疗指导原则,可以收到良好的效果。文章通过探讨中医对胰腺炎的论治结合肿瘤的病机特点,将“通”法运用到治疗中去,从而认识到保持机体气、血、津、液的畅通是提高临床疗效的重要前提。Pancreatitis caused by lung cancer metastasis to the pancreas is rare,therefore,there is no fixed clinical treatment plan.According to the pathogenesis of qi,blood,and body fluids that are blocked and accumulated in the occurrence of tumors,traditional Chinese medicine adopts the“obstruction-removing”method as the guiding principle of treatment,and can receive good results.In this paper,by discussing the treatment of pancreatitis in traditional Chinese medicine combined with the pathogenesis of tumors,the“obstruction-removing”method was applied to the treatment,so as to realize that maintaining the smooth flow of the body’s qi,blood and body fluids is an important prerequisite for improving clinical efficacy.
