摘　　要：儿童眼球处于飞速发育阶段,白内障手术后较成人更易出现后发性白内障。后发性白内障引起儿童视轴区混浊,使儿童视力下降,如未及时处理,会因形觉剥夺影响儿童视功能发育导致弱视发生。后发性白内障的发生主要与晶状体上皮细胞的增殖、迁移、上皮-间质转化有关。后发性白内障目前以Nd:YAG激光晶状体后囊膜切开术和手术为主要治疗手段,但对儿童应用具有局限性。近年来研究发现多种中西医药物可以用于防治后发性白内障。文章就儿童白内障术后后发性白内障的发病机制、中西医防治措施进行综述。Children are at greater risk of developing posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery than adults because of their rapid eye development.Posterior capsular opacification cause opacities in the axial region of children and result in impaired visual acuity.The occurrence of posterior capsular opacification is mainly related to the proliferation,migration and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of lens epithelial cells.Previously,Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy and surgery are the main treatment methods for posterior capsular opacification,but they have limitations in children.Recent studies have found that a variety of traditional Chinese and Western medicines can be used to prevent and treat posterior capsular opacification.This article reviewed the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment measures in traditional Chinese and Western medicine of posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery in children.
