摘 要:特种多轴高机动运输车通常作为装备的运输承载底盘,因此对多轴高机动底盘进行研究开发十分必要.多轴高机动底盘具有车身长,车轴数多,轴距达,承载质量大的特点,其结构要比普通两轴汽车复杂的多,相比于两轴汽车,多轴越野车的动力学有个明显的特点就是为提高机动性而采用了多轴转向技术.本文是在某8X8重型装备运输车底盘为实现其高机动性,系统分析了双前桥转向系统以及应急转向系统.Special multi axle high mobility transport vehicles are usually used as the transportation load-bearing chassis of equipment,so it is necessary to research and develop multi axle high mobility chassis.The multi axle high mobility chassis has the characteristics of long body,multiple axles,wide wheelbase,and large load-bearing mass.Its structure is much more complex than ordinary two axle cars.Compared to two axle cars,the dynamics of multi axle off-road vehicles have a clear characteristic of using multi axle steering technology to improve mobility.This article systematically analyzes the dual front axle steering system and emergency steering system in order to achieve high maneuverability on the chassis of an 8X8 heavy-duty equipment transport vehicle.
