摘 要:永磁无刷电机电动机的两后胎单独推动,这种类型的仿真目标底盘对比传统的燃油仿真底盘目标而言,可控性好,数字化与无人化研发周期短,而且永磁无刷电机底盘运行情况下的传动效率和运行成本较普通汽车底盘具备更为明显的优点.文中根据现阶段新能源底盘领域的迅猛发展,研究了轮式电动底盘驱动系统,阐述了永磁无刷电机电动机有关理论基础,根据研究的方法,开展认证.在实验过程中首先确保主要参数配对,且合乎车辆动态性能规定,提出了一种外转子永磁直流无刷电机,磁石的构造,车轮尺寸配置、永磁铁氧体和驱动电源的选用及其主要参数配对的最优方案,并构建数字模型测试.The two rear tires of the permanent magnet brushless motor are driven separately,and this type of simulation target chassis has better controllability,shorter digital and unmanned research and development cycles compared to traditional fuel simulation chassis targets.Moreover,the transmission efficiency and operating cost of the permanent magnet brushless motor chassis under operation have more obvious advantages than ordinary car chassis.Based on the rapid development of the new energy chassis field at present,the article studies the wheel electric chassis drive system,elaborates on the theoretical basis of permanent magnet brushless motor motors,and conducts certification according to the research methods.During the experimental process,it is first ensured that the main parameters are paired and comply with the dynamic performance regulations of the vehicle.A permanent magnet brushless DC motor with an outer rotor is proposed,including the construction of the magnet,wheel size configuration,selection of permanent magnet ferrite and driving power supply,and the optimal scheme for pairing the main parameters.A digital model is also constructed for testing.
