摘 要:目的探讨便携式心肺复苏仪应用于急诊心脏骤停患者的效果。方法将我院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的116例心脏骤停患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组58例。对照组行人工徒手心肺复苏,观察组给予便携式心肺复苏仪复苏,观察两组患者心肺复苏情况、血气分析结果以及心肌损伤标志物水平变化情况。结果观察组的自主心跳、呼吸、血压及自主循环恢复时间、复苏时间均短于对照组,复苏成功率(87.93%)高于对照组(70.69%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。复苏后30 min,观察组的动脉血氧饱和度(SaO 2)、血氧分压(PaO 2)水平均高于对照组,二氧化碳分压(PaCO 2)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。复苏后1 h,观察组的肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、超敏肌钙蛋白T(hs-TnT)、氨基末端脑利钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论便携式心肺复苏仪应用于急诊心脏骤停的复苏效果明显,有助于提高复苏成功率,减轻心肌损伤,改善机体缺氧状态,促进患者恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument on patients with emergency cardiac arrest.Methods 116 cases of cardiac arrest patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into observation group and control group according to computer grouping method.58 cases in the control group were resuscitated manually,and 58 cases in the observation group were resuscitated by portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation,blood gas analysis results and myocardial injury markers in the two groups were observed.Results The recovery time of spontaneous heartbeat,respiration,blood pressure and spontaneous circulation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the resuscitation time was shorter than that in the control group,and the success rate of resuscitation(87.93%)was higher than that in the control group(70.69%)(all P<0.05).30min after resuscitation,SaO 2 and PaO 2 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO 2 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).1h after resuscitation,the levels of CK-MB,hs-TnT and NT-proBNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument in emergency cardiac arrest patients can improve the success rate of resuscitation,improve the degree of hypoxia,reduce the degree of myocardial injury,and promote the recovery of the body.
