摘 要:目的探讨临床思维综合训练系统在全科规培教学中的应用效果及对规培医生临床思维能力的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月在我院接受规范化培训的医生40名,按随机数字表法分作两组,对照组20名采用常规方法进行教学,观察组20名采用临床思维综合训练系统进行教学。比较两组的自主学习能力、理论与实践操作成绩、临床思维能力及对教学方法的认同情况。结果两组培训后的积极主动学习能力量表评分、理论知识与实践操作成绩、临床思维能力评分均高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组规培后的积极主动学习能力量表评分、理论知识与实践操作成绩、临床思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组对教学方法在提升学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力、提升实践能力、提升临床思维能力、提升知识应用能力、提升岗位胜任能力的认同度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论临床思维综合训练系统应用于全科规培教学中可有效提升规培医生的自主学习能力和临床思维能力,取得良好的培训效果。Objective To study the application effect of clinical thinking comprehensive training system in general discipline training and its influence on clinical thinking ability of doctors.Methods 40 cases of doctors who were received standardized training in Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to University of South China from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected,divided into two groups according to the numerical random table method,20 subjects in the control group were taught by conventional methods,and 20 subjects in the observation group were taught by clinical thinking comprehensive training system.The independent learning ability,theoretical and practical performance,clinical thinking ability and identification of teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of active learning ability,theoretical knowledge and practical operation,clinical thinking ability of two groups after training were higher than those before training,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of active learning ability,theoretical knowledge and practical operation,clinical thinking ability of in observation group after training were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The recognition of teaching methods in improving learning interest,autonomous learning ability,practical ability,clinical thinking ability,knowledge application ability and post competency of observation group were higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical thinking comprehensive training system in general training training can effectively improve the independent learning ability of training doctors,achieve good training results,and further improve the clinical thinking ability of training doctors,and the training doctors have a high degree of recognition of this teaching method.
