摘  要:目的探讨新型教学模式在临床医学专业学生口腔临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020~2023年广西医科大学临床医学专业本科见习生165名,随机分为对照组85名,研究组80名。对照组采用传统教学方法带教,研究组采用参与科研课题、数字化病例模型搭建与设计、案例讨论教学等新型教学方法。观察比较两组学生的理论考核成绩及教学满意度情况。结果研究组学生的理论考核成绩得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生对教学满意度比较,研究组学生对教学模式认可度、理论结合实践以及临床技能等方面的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而两组学生对参与科研的积极性无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论新型教学模式可改善学生临床见习教学质量,提高学生对教学的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the new teaching mode for clinical medical students in stomatology clinical clerkship under the background of the new era of rapid development of science,education and technology.To explore the new teaching mode for medical students during a clinical clerkship in the department of stomatology and evaluate the effectiveness in the the new era of rapid change of science,education and technology.Methods A pilot study was conducted on 165 undergraduate medical students in Guangxi Medical University,who enrolled during 2020-2023 academic years.At the start of the study,all the medical students were randomly divided into two groups,namely the Control Group with eighty-five medical students,who were offered traditional teaching mode and the New Mode group with eighty medical students were offered new teaching courses such as the participation of scientific research projects and clinical case-based learning(CBL).The effectiveness was evaluated by comparison of the scores of theoretical test and students'satisfactory survey.Results Students from the New mode group achieved higher score on,compared with the control group(P<0.05).In addition,they were also more active to clinical training,more willingly to accept the teaching mode,therefore had better logical understanding of clinical practice as compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The new teaching mode is beneficial for medical students during a clinical clerkship in improving teaching quality and achieving higher satisfaction rate,thus it is worthy of promoting this new teaching mode more widely.
