基于传承创新的中医药与现代科学结合路径探析--以砷剂治疗白血病为例

摘　　要：运用现代科学解读中医药原理,推动中医药与现代科学结合,已经成为中医药现代化的发展趋势。但当前传统中医药与现代科学结合不够,中医理论、作用机制的解释能力还不足。本文从传承创新视角出发,基于技术生命周期理论,采用案例研究方法,围绕继承创新、发展创新和集成创新三个阶段构建中医药与现代科学结合的演进路径分析框架。通过探讨砷剂治疗白血病的三阶段特点和发展规律,验证该分析框架,提出中医药与现代科学有效结合的发展路径。基于传承创新视角解释中医药如何与现代科学有效结合,既可以挖掘中医药潜在价值,也能为中医药现代化发展提供借鉴。To use modern science to explain and clarify the clinical efficacy and principles of Chinese medicine has become a trend in the modernisation of Chinese medicine.But at present,traditional Chinese medicine is not sufficiently integrated with modern science,and the explanatory power of Chinese medical theories and mechanisms of action is lacking.From the perspective of inheritance and innovation,this paper adopted a case study approach based on the technology life cycle theory to establish an analytical framework for the evolution of combining Chinese medicine with modern science from three stages:inheritance innovation,development innovation and integrated innovation.By exploring the characteristics and development patterns of the three stages of arsenic treatment for leukaemia,we validated the analytical framework and proposing a pathway for effective integration of Chinese medicine with modern science.Through inheritance and innovation,we explained how Chinese medicine could be effectively integrated with modern science,which not only reveals the potential value of Chinese medicine,but also provides reference for the development of Chinese medicine.
