摘　　要：目的探讨房角分离联合超声乳化眼内透镜(IOL)植入术对闭角型青光眼患者术后眼压(IOP)、视力的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的80例(96眼)原发性慢性闭角型青光眼(CPACG)患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40,46眼)与观察组(n=40,50眼)。对照组予以超声乳化IOL植入术治疗,观察组予以房角分离联合超声乳化IOL植入术治疗。比较两组视力、IOP、角膜内皮细胞计数、中央前房深度(CCT)、后角膜内皮细胞计数、使用降眼压药物次数及术后并发症发生率。结果术前,两组视力、IOP比较差异无统计学意义;术后,两组视力均高于术前,IOP均低于术前,且观察组视力高于对照组,IOP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组CCT、后角膜内皮细胞计数比较差异无统计学意义;术后,两组CCT均长于术前,后角膜内皮细胞计数均少于术前,且观察组CCT长于对照组,后角膜内皮细胞计数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后均无需口服药物,观察组术后无需使用眼药;对照组术后使用眼药次数为(0.52±0.12)次。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论房角分离联合超声乳化IOL植入术治疗闭角型青光眼患者疗效显著,能有效降低IOP,提高患者视力,改善前房深度,降低不良并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of angle separation combined with phacoemulsification intraocular lens(IOL)implantation on intraocular pressure(IOP)and visual acuity in patients with angle closure glaucoma.Methods 80 patients(96 eyes)with chronic primary angle closure glaucoma(CPACG)who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(n=40,46 eyes)and the observation group(n=40,50 eyes).The control group was treated with phacoemulsification IOL implantation,and the observation group was treated with angle separation combined with phacoemulsification IOL implantation.The visual acuity,IOP,corneal endothelial cell count,central corneal thickness(CCT),posterior corneal endothelial cell count,frequency of use of intraocular pressure-lowering drugs and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before surgery,there were no significant differences in visual acuity and IOP between the two groups;after surgery,the visual acuity of the two groups was higher than that before surgery,and the IOP was lower than that before surgery,and the visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the IOP was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant difference in CCT and posterior corneal endothelial cell count between the two groups;after surgery,the CCT of the two groups was longer than that before surgery,and the posterior corneal endothelial cell count was less than that before surgery,and the CCT in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the posterior corneal endothelial cell count was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups did not need oral drugs after surgery,and the observation group did not need to use ophthalmic drugs after surgery;in the control group,the frequency of
