摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导经皮穿刺微波消融治疗中晚期肺癌的临床价值。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月本院收治的42例中晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为单纯化疗组与微波消融组,每组21例。单纯化疗组采用化疗治疗,微波消融组在单纯化疗组基础上行CT引导经皮穿刺微波消融治疗,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率、1年生存率及中位生存时间。结果微波消融组治疗总有效率为52.38%,高于单纯化疗组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微波消融组并发症发生率为14.29%,低于单纯化疗组的42.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微波消融组1年生存率高于单纯化疗组,中位生存时间长于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT引导经皮穿刺微波消融治疗中晚期肺癌患者疗效显著,可提高患者生存率及生存时间,且安全性较高,临床值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods 42 patients with advanced lung cancer treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the chemotherapy group and the microwave ablation group according to the different treatment methods.The chemotherapy group received chemotherapy,and the microwave ablation group received CT-guided percutaneous microwave ablation treatment on the basis of chemotherapy,the clinical efficacy,incidence of complications,1-year survival rate,and median survival time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the microwave ablation group was 52.38%,which was higher than 19.05%in the chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the microwave ablation group was 14.29%,which was lower than 42.86%in the chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate and median survival time in the microwave ablation group were higher than the chemotherapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT guided percutaneous microwave ablation has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of advanced lung cancer,conimprove patient survival rate and survival time,and has high safety,it is clinically worth promoting and applying.
