Objective To explore the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of tumor biomarkers. Methods 42 patients with primary tumors who received treatment in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 45 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.Tumor biomarkers were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay in both groups, and the levels and positive detection rates of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of CEA,CA125,CA19-9,AFP,and CA153 in the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rates of CEA,CA125,CA19-9,and CA153 in the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the positive detection rate of AFP between the two groups. Conclusion Chemiluminescent immunoassay is effective in tumor biomarker testing, with high sensitivity and accuracy,it can provide clinical evidence for disease diagnosis and assessment.
