百令胶囊联合GP方案化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能及血清癌胚抗原和血管内皮生长因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊联合GP方案化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能及血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2021年1月本院收治的88例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组给予GP方案化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合百令胶囊。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后免疫功能及疾病相关因子水平。结果观察组客观缓解率为81.82%,高于对照组的59.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IgM、IgG、IgA水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,对照组血清IgM、IgG、IgA水平均低于治疗前,但观察组IgM、IgG、IgA水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CEA、VEGF水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组血清CEA、VEGF水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合GP方案化疗能降低晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血清CEA、VEGF水平,抑制肿瘤血管新生,阻止肿瘤标记物表达,提高免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with GP regimen chemotherapy on immune function and serum levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 88 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given GP chemotherapy,and the observation group was combined with Bailing capsule on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function before and after treatment,and levels of disease-related factors were compared between the two groups.Results The objective remission rate in the observation group was 81.82%,which was higher than 59.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in levels of IgM,IgG,and IgA between the two groups;after treatment,the serum IgM,IgG and IgA levels in the control group were lower than before treatment,but the serum IgM,IgG and IgA levels in the observation group were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in levels of CEA and VEGF between the two groups;after treatment,the serum levels of CEA and VEGF of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with GP regimen chemotherapy can reduce serum levels of CEA and VEGF in patients with advanced NSCLC,inhibit tumor angiogenesis,and suppress the expression of tumor markers,it can improve immune function,making it promising clinical therapy.
