摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢肿瘤快速冰冻切片的临床病理诊断效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月滕州市工人医院、滕州市中心人民医院病理科收治的80例卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均择期实施手术,同时行石蜡切片和快速冰冻切片检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,比较两种检查诊断符合率、肿瘤良恶性检出率及病理组织学检出情况,结果快速冰冻切片诊断符合率为97.50%,高于石蜡切片的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。快速冰冻切片肿瘤良恶性检出率为97.50%,高于石蜡切片的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。快速冰冻切片病理组织学检出率为91.25%,高于石蜡切片的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用快速冰冻切片法诊断卵巢肿瘤患者,其诊断符合率较高,能及时明确患者疾病良恶性质,提高患者病理组织诊断准确率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinicopathological diagnosis effect of rapid frozen section of ovarian tumors.Methods 80 patients with ovarian tumor admitted to Tengzhou Workers'Hospital and Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,all patients were selected to undergo surgery,pathological diagnosis and rapid frozen section examination at the same time,and the pathological results of surgery were used as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate,benign and malignant tumor detection rate and histopathologicalwere compared detection between the two tests.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate in the rapid frozen section was 97.50%,which was higher than 87.50%in the pathological diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate in the benign and malignant tumors in the rapid frozen section was 97.50%,which was higher than 87.50%in the pathological diagnosis,and the differdoience was statistically significant(P<0.05).The histopathological detection rate in the rapid frozen section was 91.25%,which was higher than 77.50%in the pathological diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rapid frozen section in the diagnosis of ovarian tumor patients has high diagnostic coincidence rate,can identify the good and evil nature of patients in time,and improve the diagnosis accuracy of patients'pathological tissue,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
