摘 要:目的探讨浅表超声检查在诊断乳腺微小钙化中的临床应用。方法选取2017年12月至2020年12月本院收治的100例乳腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,均接受浅表超声检查与手术病理检查,分析浅表超声检查诊断符合率,比较良恶性肿瘤浅表超声检出结果。结果以病理检查结果为金标准,其中良性肿瘤51例,恶性肿瘤49例;100例患者行浅表超声检查后,与病理检查结果相符的患者88例,诊断符合率为88.00%;其中,良性肿瘤检出45例,诊断符合率为88.24%,恶性肿瘤检出43例,诊断符合率为87.76%。浅表超声检查检出乳腺微小钙化30例,其中良性肿瘤5例,约占16.67%,恶性肿瘤25例,约占83.33%;乳腺微小钙化类型:浸润性导管癌13例,约占43.33%;单纯癌7例,约占23.33%;乳腺纤维腺瘤6例,约占20.00%,粉刺状癌4例,约占13.33%。恶性肿瘤乳腺微小钙化<0.5 mm、钙化数目≥3个占比高于良性肿瘤,钙化后见声影占比低于良性肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浅表超声检查能准确诊断与鉴别乳腺微小钙化患者肿瘤性质,且诊断符合率较高,可为治疗方案的制订提供参考。Objective To investigate the Clinical application of superficial ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast microcalcification.Methods 100 patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects,all the patients underwent superficial ultrasound examination and surgical pathology examination,the diagnostic coincidence rate of superficial ultrasound examination was analyzed,and the results of benign and malignant tumors were compared.Results According to the gold standard,there were 51 benign tumors and 49 malignant tumors,after superficial ultrasound examination of 100 patients,88 patients were consistent with pathological examination results,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 88.00%;45 cases of benign tumor were detected,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 88.24%,and 43 cases of malignant tumor were detected,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 87.76%.Superficial ultrasound examination detected 30 cases of breast micro-calcification,of which 5 cases were benign tumors,accounting for about 16.67%,25 cases were malignant tumors,accounting for 83.33%;the types of breast microcalcification:13 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma,accounting for 43.33%;there were 7 cases of simple carcinoma,accounting for about 23.33%;there were 6 cases of breast fibroadenoma,accounting for about 20.00%,and 4 cases of comedo carcinoma,accounting for about 13.33%.The proportion of micro-calcification<0.5mm and the number of calcifications≥3 in malignant tumors was higher than that in benign tumors,and the proportion of sound and shadow after calcification was lower than that in benign tumors,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Superficial ultrasound can accurately diagnose and distinguish the tumor nature of patients with breast microcalcification,and the diagnosis coincidence rate is high,which can provide reference for the formulation of treatment plan.
