摘 要:目的将口内扫描数字化印模与硅橡胶印模进行对比,探讨数字化印模的精确性及临床适应性。方法选取2022年6—12月南通市口腔医院收治的20例连续≤2个单位后牙大面积缺损的患者,高嵌体牙体预备后,同时进行口内扫描及硅橡胶取模,将口扫数据及硅橡胶灌制石膏模型仓扫数据进行拟合匹配,比较数字化印模与硅橡胶印模间的一致性,并对两种印模制取的时长及舒适度进行对比。采用口内扫描数据制作高嵌体,并进行随访研究。结果口扫数据及仓扫数据拟合均方根值为(0.0665±0.0180)mm,偏差分布彩图拟合程度高,两种印模的一致性在临床可接受范围内(<0.1 mm)。口内扫描数字化印模取模时间为(4.54±0.96)min,短于传统硅橡胶印模(10.42±1.18)min,差异有统计学意义(t=-20.73,P<0.05)。口内扫描数字化印模的舒适度评价高于硅橡胶印模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后3个月,按照口内扫描数据制作的后牙高嵌体获得了较好的修复效果。结论较少连续单位牙体修复时,口内扫描数字化印模在大面积缺损后牙高嵌体修复中可行。并且与传统硅橡胶印模相比,口内扫描数字化印模更为高效舒适。Objective To compare the intraoral scanning digital impression with silicone rubber impression to explore the accuracy and clinical adaptability of digital impression.Methods Twenty consecutive patients with large posterior tooth defects≤2 units were selected from June to December 2022 in Nantong Stomatological Hospital.After the preparation of the high onlay dentition,intraoral scanning and silicone rubber impression taking were performed at the same time,and the oral scanning data and silicone rubber infused plaster model bin scanning data were fitted and matched to compare the consistency between the digital impression and the silicone rubber impression,and the duration and comfort of the two types of impression making were compared.Intraoral scan data were used to create high inlays,and a follow-up study was performed.Results The fitted root mean square values of(0.0665±0.0180)mm for the oral scan data and the bin scan data showed a high degree of fit to the color map of the deviation distribution,and the agreement between the two impressions was within the clinically acceptable range(<0.1 mm).The acquisition time of the digital impression of intraoral scanning was(4.54±0.96)min,which significantly less than(10.42±1.18)min of conventional silicone rubber impression,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-20.73,P<0.05).The comfort evaluation of intraoral scanning digital impression was higher than that for silicone rubber impression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after restoration,the high posterior onlay fabricated according to the intraoral scan data achieved better restoration results.Conclusion Intraoral scanning digital impression is feasible in high onlay restoration of large defective posterior teeth when fewer consecutive units of teeth are restored.Moreover,the intraoral scanning digital impression is more efficient and comfortable than the traditional silicone rubber impression.
