烤瓷牙行钴铬合金烤瓷牙和二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较钴铬合金烤瓷牙、二氧化锆烤瓷牙的修复效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月于新疆生产建设兵团第五师医院接受烤瓷牙修复的80例患者为研究对象,实施抽签法进行分组,将40例患者纳入观察组,采用二氧化锆烤瓷牙修复,其余40例患者纳入对比组,实施钴铬合金烤瓷牙修复,比较组间修复效果、美观度、不良反应、满意度。结果观察组修复有效率为97.50%高于对比组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。观察组美观度高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%低于对比组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在烤瓷牙修复中应用二氧化锆烤瓷牙,不但可以提高修复有效性和美观度,还能够减少不良反应,提高修复满意度。Objective To compare the restoration effect of cobalt chromium alloy porcelain teeth and zirconium dioxide porcelain teeth.Methods 80 patients who underwent porcelain veneers restoration at the Fifth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The method of drawing lots was used for grouping,and 40 patients were included in the observation group.Zirconia porcelain veneers were used for restoration,while the other 40 patients were classified as the control group.Cobalt chromium alloy porcelain veneers were used for restoration,and the restoration effect,aesthetics,adverse reactions,and satisfaction between the groups were compared.Results The effective rate of repair in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The observation group had a higher aesthetic appearance than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of zirconium dioxide porcelain teeth in porcelain tooth restoration can not only improve the effectiveness and aesthetics of the restoration,but also reduce the adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction of the restoration.
