超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术在治疗白内障合并高度近视患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术对治疗白内障合并高度近视的临床效果。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年5月于甘肃省白银市第二人民医院眼科治疗的白内障合并高度近视患者84例作为研究对象,按照手术方法不同分为研究组和参照组,每组42例。研究组给予超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术,参照组给予白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术。对比两组手术前后视力恢复情况、视觉质量、生活质量及术后不良反应发生情况。结果 手术3个月后,研究组最佳矫正视力水平高于参照组,黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度、散光度低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术3个月后,研究组阅读书写、夜间视物、精细操作及生活质量评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率为4.76%,低于参照组的23.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05)。结论 对白内障合并高度近视患者实施超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术可有效改善患者视力水平,减少不良反应发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of cataract complicated with high myopia.Methods A total of 84 patients with cataract and high myopia who were treated in the Department of Ophthalmology,the Second People's Hospital of Baiyin City,Gansu Province from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 42 cases in each group.The study group was given phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,and the reference group was given extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity recovery,visual quality,quality of life and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results After 3 months of surgery,the best corrected visual acuity level of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the macular foveal retinal thickness and astigmatism were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of surgery,the scores of reading and writing,night vision,fine operation and quality of life in the study group were better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.76%,which was lower than 23.81%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in cataract patients with high myopia can effectively improve the visual acuity level of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
