消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴疗法对42例痔疮术后肛缘水肿患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 对42例探究痔疮术后肛缘水肿患者采用消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴疗法治疗的效果。方法 选择2021年6月—2023年3月广安门医院济南医院收治的84例痔疮术后肛缘水肿患者为研究对象,根据随机盲选的方式将其划分为普通组和中药组,每组42例。普通组采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,中药组则采用消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 中药组总有效率为95.24%,高于普通组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05);与普通组相比,中药组治疗后第5天、第9天的肛缘水肿评分、疼痛评分、出血停止时间、水肿消退时间及疼痛消退时间等指标明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在痔疮术后肛缘水肿患者的治疗中采用消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴疗法,治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者的症状,缓解其疼痛感,促进其术后恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of 42 patients with postoperative hemorrhoidal edema of the anal margin treated with the fumigation and sitz bath therapy of Xiaozhong Zhitong decoction.Methods 84 patients with postoperative anal edema of hemorrhoids admitted to Jinan Hospital of Guang'anmen Hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly and blindly divided into a regular group and a traditional Chinese medicine group,with 42 cases in each group.In the general group,potassium permanganate solution was used for fumigation and sitz bath,while in the traditional Chinese medicine group,Xiaozhong Zhitong decoction was used for fumigation and sitz bath treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 76.19%of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.222,P<0.05).Compared with the data of the general group,the indexes of anal margin edema score,pain score,bleeding stopping time,edema subsiding time and pain subsiding time of the traditional Chinese medicine group in the 5th and 9th d after the treatment were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with postoperative hemorrhoidal edema of the anal margin,the use of Xiaozhong Zhitong decoction fumigation and sitz bath therapy has a significant therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the patient's symptoms,alleviate their pain,and can also promote their postoperative recovery.
