七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液与雷珠单抗联合治疗渗出型黄斑变性的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液与雷珠单抗联合治疗渗出型黄斑变性的效果。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年5月期间曹县人民医院收治的88例渗出型黄斑变性患者为研究对象,使用随机数表法将其分为两组,每组44例。对照组应用雷珠单抗治疗,研究组在其基础上应用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗。针对两组患者的临床疗效、眼底情况,以及不良反应进行比较。结果 研究组治疗的总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.436,P<0.05)。研究组治疗3个月后黄斑中心凹厚度、眼底出血与渗出面积均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液与雷珠单抗联合治疗渗出型黄斑变性效果确切,可以有效减少眼底出血与渗出面积,安全性较为理想,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of the combination treatment of exudative macular degeneration with Qiye Yangdihuang Shuanggan eye drops and lucentis.Methods Eighty-eight patients with exudative macular degeneration admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital between June 2022 and May 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group were treated with lucentis,and the study group were treated with Qiye Yangdihuang Shuanggan eye drops on its basis.The clinical efficacy,fundus condition,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.18%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.436,P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the central macular thickness,fundus hemorrhage,and exudate area in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qiye Yangdihuang Shuanggan eye drops and lucentis in the treatment of exudative macular degeneration has a precise effect,can effectively reduce the area of fundus hemorrhage and exudation,and the safety is more ideal,which has clinical application value.
