摘　　要：目的分析固定矫治及无托槽隐形矫治对患者口腔健康状况的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月于苏州口腔医院口腔科接受牙齿正畸治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组进行传统固定正畸治疗,研究组采用无托槽隐形正畸治疗。比较两组牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05)。结论将无托槽隐形正畸治疗应用于牙齿矫正治疗中具有显著疗效,可降低并发症的发生,以此提升患者的满意度,值得临床使用。Objective To analyze the effect of fixed correction and invisible correction without bracket on oral health status of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients receiving orthodontic treatment in the Stomatology Department of Suzhou Stomatology Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional fixed orthodontic treatment,and the study group received invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets.The gingival index,plaque index,gingival bleeding index and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gingival index,plaque index and gingival bleeding index of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets in orthodontic treatment has significant effect,can reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of clinical use.
