摘  要:目的 探讨客观性结构式临床技能考核(OSCE)联合迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)模式在妇产科临床见习教学中的应用价值。方法 将2021年9月—2022年8月在我院妇产科进行临床见习的本科生100名,随机数字表法分为观察组(50名)和对照组(50名),观察组本科生采用OSCE联合Mini-CEX模式进行教学,对照组采用常规的妇产科临床见习教学。比较两组本科生的教学效果和教学满意度评价。结果 两组本科生的理论考试成绩相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组的临床操作考试成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组本科生的教学满意度为98%,对照组教学满意度为92%。与对照组相比,观察组本科生经过OSCE联合Mini-CEX联合教学模式后,临床技能水平、临床思维能力、医患沟通能力和自主学习能力的反馈评价均有显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 在本科生妇产科临床见习教学中,采用OSCE联合Mini-CEX教学模式,整合妇产科理论知识和临床技能操作培训,可有效提高本科生临床思维能力、医患沟通能力和自主学习能力,夯实妇产科临床知识与技能能力,促进本科生教学改革。Objective To explore the effect of OSCE combined with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)teaching model on clinical noviciate of obstetrics and gynecology in medical students.Methods A total 100 medical students who underwent clinical noviciate in the department obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from September 2021 to August 2022,were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(OSCE combined with Mini-CEX teaching model)and the control group(traditional teaching model).The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction was compared between these two group.Results Although the clinical theoretical exam score was similar in these groups,the clinical practical exam score was significant higher in the experimental group(P<0.001).Further,the teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that(92%)in the control group.Compared to the control group,responses of students were positive improvement about clinical skill,clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication and autonomous learning ability(P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of OSCE and Mini-CEX teaching model could significantly improve the teaching effect for the medical student during clinical noviciate of obstetrics and gynecology.
