摘 要:为了研究缸内燃气通过活塞环组窜入曲轴箱后对整机性能的影响,基于内燃机热力学理论,建立了相关的数学模型,包括柴油机性能计算模型、漏气模型和磨损模型。漏气模型考虑了活塞环开口间隙影响下的漏气对性能参数的影响,并基于当量开口间隙,研究了气缸套-活塞环磨损对内燃机性能的影响。基于Archard模型,由性能衰退规律,预测了柴油机的大修期。计算结果表明,在气缸套最大磨损400μm,第一环磨损200μm时,功率衰退7.52%,标定工况下,有效燃油消耗率增加7.73%。In order to study the effect of in-cylinder gas on the performance of the whole engine after escaping into the crankcase through the piston ring set,the relevant mathematical model was established based on the thermodynamic theory of internal combustion engine,including the diesel engine performance calculation model,the gas leakage model and the wear model.The gas leakage model considered the effect of gas leakage on the performance parameters under the influence of the piston ring gap,and the effect of cylinder liner-piston ring wear on internal combustion engine performance was studied based on equivalent opening clearance.Finally,the overhaul period of diesel engine was predicted according to the law of performance degradation based on the Archard model.The calculation results show that the power declines by 7.52%and the specific fuel consumption increases by 7.73%under rated conditions when the maximum wear of cylinder liner is 400μm and the first piston ring wear is 200μm.
