摘  要:基于CAN通讯的新能源汽车驱动电机检测技术,已成为当下工业研究的关键方向。本文探讨了CAN通讯在驱动电机中的特点,如高实时性、可靠性和扩展性等,深入分析了新能源汽车驱动电机的主要性能指标,包括效率、扭矩和响应时间等。通过现行的驱动电机国家标准,本文详细研究了基于CAN通讯驱动电机典型项目的检测技术和方法,介绍了CAN通讯的物理连接和通讯配置。最后,本文提出了新能源汽车驱动电机领域的未来发展趋势,强调了技术创新、行业应用前景及其面临的挑战和解决方案。本文为新能源汽车驱动电机的检测技术提供了一些见解和方向,有助于推动相关领域的技术进展和产业发展。Based on CAN communication,the testing technology of new energy vehicle drive motors has become a key direction in current industrial research.This article explores the characteristics of CAN communication in drive motors,such as high real-time performance,reliability,and scalability,and deeply analyzes the main performance indicators of new energy vehicle drive motors,including efficiency,torque,and response time,etc.Through existing national standards for drive motors,this article conducts detailed research on the testing technology and methods of typical projects based on CAN communication drive motors,and introduces the physical connections and communication configurations of CAN communication.Finally,this article proposes the future development trends in the field of new energy vehicle drive motors,emphasizing technological innovation,industry application prospects,and the challenges and solutions they face.This article provides insights and directions for the testing technology of new energy vehicle drive motors,contributing to the technical advancement and industrial development in related fields.
