摘　　要：目的:建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时检测新疆凉皮、凉面中3种真菌毒素的方法。方法:样品经80%乙腈-水振摇提取后,用定性滤纸过滤,取10 mL滤液加入70 mLPBS稀释液稀,混匀;用微纤维滤纸过滤至澄清,取20 mL滤液经黄曲霉毒素B1、呕吐霉素和玉米赤霉烯酮三合一免疫亲和柱净化洗脱后,用氮气吹干,初始流动相复溶,过0.22μm有机滤膜,用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行测定。结果:3种真菌毒素在各自的浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9997,在高、中、低3个水平的回收率为61%~118.3%。结论:该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,适用于凉皮凉面中3种真菌毒素的定量分析。The sample was extracted with 80%acetonitrile-water,shaken for 20 minutes,filtered through qualitative filter paper.10mL of filtrate was added to 70mL PBS dilution and mixed well.Filtered through microfiber filter paper until clarified,20mL of filtrate was purified and eluted by a triple immunoaffinity column of aflatoxin B1,vomitoxin and zearalenone,blown dry with nitrogen,then re-dissolved by initial mobile phase,filtered through 0.22μm organic filter membrane.The determination was performed by HPLC-MS/MS.The experimental resuletes showed that the 3 Mycotoxins had good linearity in their respective concentration ranges with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9997,and the recoveries ranged from 61%to 118.3%at the three levels of high,medium and low.This method is rapid,accurate and sensitive.
