摘 要:目的探讨多模态超声成像技术在评估2型糖尿病患者球后血管及视神经中的应用。方法选取符合入组条件的50例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)及性别年龄无差异的60例健康对照者(对照组),应用高频二维成像技术及剪切波弹性成像技术测量视神经直径及平均弹性模量值,应用彩色及脉冲多普勒技术测量眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉及睫状后动脉的PSV、EDV、RI。结果糖尿病组的视神经直径及平均弹性模量值均大于对照组;糖尿病组PSV、EDV小于对照组,RI大于对照组。结论应用高频超声及剪切波成像两种方式测量糖尿病患者的视神经直径及平均弹性模量值,并结合彩色及脉冲多普勒评估糖尿病患者球后血管的血流动力学,二者结合有望为临床诊断提供新思路。Objective To investigate the application of multimodal ultrasound imaging in evaluating retrobulbar vessels and optic nerves in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods In this work,50 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as study subjects and 60 healthy individuals as controls without age and gender differences.High-frequency two-dimensional imaging and elastic shear wave imaging were used to measure optic nerve sheath diameter and young's modulus value and color and pulsed doppler technology were employed to test PSV,EDV,RIof ophthalmic artery,central retinal artery,and posterior ciliary artery.Results The diameter and Young's modulus of optic nerve sheath in diabetic group were higher than those in control group.PSV and EDV were lower in diabetic group than in control group,and RI was higher in diabetic group than in control group.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound and shear wave imaging are used to measure the diameter and Young's modulus of optic nerve sheath in diabetic patients,and color and pulsed Doppler imagings are used to evaluate the hemodynamics of retrobulbar vessels in diabetic patients.The combination of the two methods is expected to provide a new idea for clinical diagnosis.
