超声引导下肝血管瘤平阳霉素注药术短中期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨行超声引导下平阳霉素瘤内注药术治疗肝血管瘤(hepatic hemangioma,HH)的短中期疗效及安全性。方法选取100例经影像学检查确诊的HH患者,均行超声引导下经皮穿刺平阳霉素瘤内注射硬化治疗。随访时间3~24个月,平均(12±6)个月。评估治疗前后临床症状、肿瘤最大长径变化及术后并发症。结果100例患者共行硬化治疗190次,1~5次/例。瘤体较前缩小<30.0%的29例(29.0%),30.0%~50.0%的46例(46.0%),50.0%~70.0%的22例(22.0%),≥70.0%的3例(3.0%),总有效率71.0%,无严重并发症发生。结论超声引导下平阳霉素瘤内注药治疗肝血管瘤短中期疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the short and medium-term efficacy and safety of intratumoral injection of pingyangmycin for the treatment of hepatic hemangioma.Methods 100 patients with HH diagnosed by imaging examination were treated with intratumoral injection of sclerosing of pingyangmycin by ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture.The duration of follow-up was 3~24 months,with an average of(12±6)months.The clinical symptoms,changes of maximum length and diameter of tumor and postoperative complications were evaluated before and after treatment.Results 100 cases were treated with sclerotherapy for 190 times,1~5 times for one case.The tumor decreased in 29 cases of less than 30.0%(29.0%),in 46 cases of 30.0%~50.0%(46%),in 22 cases of 50.0%~70.0%(22%),in 3 cases of more than 70.0%(3.0%).The total efficiency was 71.0%,no serious complications occurred.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of intratumoral injection of pingyangmycin in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma is accurate,and it is worthy of clinical application.
