摘　　要：目的探讨儿童脂肪母细胞瘤(LB)的超声检查表现特征,以期提高超声检查对本病的诊断准确率。方法选取我院经手术病理证实的脂肪母细胞瘤,且术前临床及超声检查资料完整的患儿33例,分析其超声检查表现特征。结果33例脂肪母细胞瘤中,局限型25例,弥漫型8例。肿块最常位于四肢,发病率为45.5%,其次是躯干部及颈部。术前超声检查确诊脂肪母细胞瘤19例,超声检查误诊率为42.4%,6例诊断为脂肪瘤,6例仅描述超声声像图特征表现,1例诊断为静脉畸形,1例诊断为淋巴管畸形。局限型内部血流以Adler 0~I级为主,弥漫型以II级为主。结论儿童脂肪母细胞瘤的超声检查表现具有一定特征性,超声检查可以清晰显示肿瘤的血供信息及与周围组织的解剖关系,为临床诊治提供重要信息。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features of lipoblastoma(LB)in children in order to improve the accuracy of ultrasound in the diagnosis of lipoblastoma.Methods The ultrasonographic features of 33 children with LB confirmed by operation and pathology and complete clinical and ultrasonographic data before operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 33 cases of LB,there were 25 cases of localized type and 8 cases of diffuse type.Lumps were mostly located in the extremities,with an incidence of 45.5%,followed by trunk and neck.19 cases of LB were diagnosed by ultrasound before operation,the misdiagnosis rate of ultrasound was 42.4%,6 cases were diagnosed as lipoma,6 cases only described image features,1 case was diagnosed as venous malformation,1 case was diagnosed as lymphatic malformation.The internal blood flow of localized LB was mainly in Adler grade 0~I,and that in diffuse type was mainly in grade II.Conclusion The ultrasonographic findings of LB in children have certain characteristics,and ultrasound can also clearly show the blood supply information of the tumor and its anatomical relationship with the surrounding tissues,which provides important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
