摘　　要：12306互联网售票系统作为我国铁路唯一官方售票渠道,其多语言售票环境的构建,对提高北京冬奥会交通服务质量,服务“一带一路”倡议,提升我国国际形象都具有重要的意义。以12306APP为例,结合当前12306互联网售票系统的架构,采用多语言多套页面、Wordpress思想及双语柔性匹配翻译技术构建多语言支撑服务模块,引入Adapter层对现有单一的应用架构进行优化以兼容多语言平行服务,从而构建多语言售票环境系统架构,通过建立具有铁路行业特点的翻译记忆库,构建具有铁路客运语言特色的自动翻译模型,解决了通用的机器自动翻译技术无法适用于铁路客运售票环境这一问题。最后通过分析多语言系统上线以来的运营情况,外籍旅客的注册量、购票量增长明显。The 12306 Internet ticketing system is the only official ticketing channel of China’s railway.The construction of its multilingual ticketing environment is significant to enhance the transport services quality for the Winter Olympics,serve the“Belt and Road”Initiative,and improve China’s international image.Taking the 12306 APP as an example,this paper combined the architecture of the current 12306 Internet ticketing system to build a multilingual support service module with multilingual and multiple sets of pages,Wordpress idea,and bilingual flexible matching translation technology.Meanwhile,the existing single application architecture was optimized by introducing the Adapter layer to accommodate multilingual parallel services and build a multilingual ticketing environment system architecture.This paper established a translation memory with the characteristics of the railway industry and built an automatic translation model with the characteristics of the railway passenger transport language.As a result,the problem that the general automatic machine translation technology cannot be applied to the ticket selling environment of railway passenger transport was solved.Finally,the operation of the multilingual system since its launch was analyzed,with significantly increased registration and ticket purchase volume of foreign passengers.
