摘　　要：嗜酸性实性和囊性肾细胞癌(eosinophilic solid and cystic renal cell carcinoma,ESC RCC)是一种发生于女性的肾细胞癌的新亚型。绝大多数ESC RCC是散发性的,少数伴结节性硬化症。本研究回顾济宁医学院附属医院3例ESC RCC患者的临床资料,并分析其组织细胞形态及免疫表型特点。3例患者组织学均表现为腺泡状和巢状分布的嗜酸性大细胞并混有微囊区域,囊壁被覆细胞呈“鞋钉样”排列,病理学诊断为ESC RCC。患者1行肾根治术,随访26个月,无复发或远处转移;患者2、3行肾楔形切除术,随访分别随访14个月、4个月,无复发或远处转移。ESC RCC预后一般良好,但有极少数患者预后不良。本研究3例患者均不伴结节性硬化症,术后预后良好,无局部浸润和转移倾向,随访至今,均无复发迹象。Eosinophilic solid and cystic renal cell carcinoma(ESC RCC)is a novel subtype of renal cell carcinoma,occurring in females.The majority of ESC RCC cases are sporadic,with a few associated with tuberous sclerosis.The clinical data of 3 cases of ESC RCC at the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University were retrospectively analyzed,and their histocytology and immunohistochemical staining were observed.All 3 cases were diagnosed pathologically as ESC RCC.Histologically,there were large eosinophilic cells in acinar and nested distribution mixed with microcapsule areas,and the cyst walls were lined with cells arranged in a“shoe nail-like”.Case 1 underwent radical nephrectomy and remained free of recurrence or distant metastasis during a 26-month follow-up.Cases 2 and 3 underwent renal wedge resection,and had remained free of recurrence or distant metastasis during 14 months and 4 months followed up,respectively.ESC RCC generally had a favorable prognosis,but there were a few cases with poor prognoses.In this study,all 3 cases were not associated with tuberous sclerosis complex.The postoperative prognosis was good,and there was no sign of local invasion or metastasis.
