摘  要:“两后生”远程网络培训攸关社会高质量技能型人才的储备。通过对广西壮族自治区425名“两后生”的远程网络培训意愿进行问卷调查发现:“总体欢迎”远程网络培训的“两后生”占60%,远程网络培训意愿在性别和年龄上存在显著差异。“总体欢迎”远程网络培训的“两后生”比“总体愿意”参加各类培训的“两后生”高17.7个百分点,说明远程网络培训模式能吸引更多的“两后生”参与。粘合性因素和桥接性因素共同影响“两后生”参加远程网络培训的意愿,数字素养低及政策宣传缺失是主因。人力资源和社会保障等部委应通过系统生产政策,加强政策的有效传播及提升政策的调节能力等举措提升“两后生”参加远程网络培训的意愿。The remote online training of“Liang Housheng”is crucial for the reserve of high-quality skilled talents in society.Through a questionnaire survey of 425“Liang Housheng”in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,it was found that 60%of the students“generally welcome”remote training,and there are significant differences in the willingness of remote training in gender and age.The students who“generally welcome”remote training are 17.7 percentage points higher than those who“generally willing”to participate in different kinds of training,which demonstrates that the remote online training model can attract more participation from“Liang Housheng”.The combination of adhesive and bridging factors influenced the willingness of“Liang Housheng”to participate in remote training.Among them,low digital literacy and inadequate policy dissemination are the main reasons.Departments such as human resources and social security should enhance the willingness of“Liang Housheng”to participate in remote online training through measures such as systematic production policies,effective dissemination of policies,and improvement of policy regulation capabilities.
