《晏子春秋》的政治观念及其当代价值

摘　　要：《晏子春秋》是一部主要记载春秋时期齐国贤相晏婴言行的经典著作,其内容涉及治国理政的各个方面,思想内容丰富。从君臣、君民、君国三种关系看,《晏子春秋》主要思想有人才思想、民本思想、“礼治”思想、“法治”思想等。对于君臣关系,晏子认为君王应严于律己、选贤任能,臣子应忠君爱国、守正清廉;处理君民关系时,君王则应重民爱民、宽惠慈众;治理国家又应施行仁政,减轻赋税、徭役。晏子思想对当时齐国发展起到重要推动作用,对现代社会亦有极大借鉴价值。Yan Zi Spring and Autumn Annals is a classic book that mainly records the words and deeds of Yan Ying,the sage of the State of Qi in the Spring and Autumn Period.Its content involves all aspects of governance and has rich ideological content.From the perspective of the three relations between the monarch and the officials,the monarch and the people,and the monarch and the state,the main thoughts of Yan Zi Spring and Autumn Annals include the thought of talent,people-oriented thought,“etiquette”rule and“rule of law”.Regarding the relationship between monarchs and officials,Yanzi believed that monarchs should be strict with themselves,select and appoint talents,and officials should be loyal,patriotic,and upright;When dealing with the relationship between the monarch and the people,the monarch should value the people,love the people,and show mercy to the people;Governing the country should also be benevolent,reduce taxes and corvee.Yan Zi′s thought played an important role in promoting the development of the state of Qi at that time,and also had great reference value to the modern society.
