囊性肾癌33例超声图像特征的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨囊性肾癌(CRCC)的超声图像特征及图像随时间的变化。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2021年6月于广州市第十一人民医院超声检查并经随访手术病理证实为CRCC患者33例的超声图像,以及其1~10年超声图像的变化。结果超声检查最初诊断为单纯性囊肿19例;多房囊性肿块5例;囊实性肿块误认为囊肿9例。回顾其1~10年间的超声图像,CRCC可呈囊性、囊实性、多房囊性,囊性、囊实性可变为实性;实性可变为囊实性;囊实性可变为多房囊性。结论CRCC的超声图像表现复杂,图像变化多样,无明显规律性。分析和了解CRCC超声图像及图像变化特征对提高早期诊断准确率、减少误诊误治有帮助。Objective To investigate the characteristics of ultrasound images and the changes over time of cystic renal cell carcinoma(CRCC).Methods The characteristics of ultrasound images and changes during 1 to 10 years of follow-up of 33 patients with surgically and pathologically confirmed CRCC during January 2007 to June 2021 in the 11th People′s Hospital of Guangzhou were analyzed retrospectively.Results Nineteen cases were initially diagnosed by ultrasound as simple cysts,5 cases with multilocular cystic mass,9 cases with solid-cystic mass were mistaken for cysts.Ultrasound images from 1 to 10 years were reviewed,CRCC images could be cystic,solid-cystic,multilocular cystic.Cystic and solid-cystic could change into solid.Solid could change into solid-cystic,solid-cystic could change into multilocular cystic.Conclusion The ultrasound images of CRCC are complicated.The images are varied and irregular.Analysis and understanding characteristics of ultrasound image and changes of CRCC are helpful to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis and reduce misdiagnosis or mistreatment.
