中老年群体智慧医疗服务使用意愿影响因素的混合研究

摘　　要：基于扎根理论研究结果,结合2022年7月在四川省成都市多所三甲医院开展的智慧医疗服务调查数据,运用结构方程模型对中老年群体智慧医疗服务使用的影响因素进行分析。研究发现:中老年群体智慧医疗服务使用意愿较低是导致其智慧医疗数字鸿沟问题的重要原因;感知有用性和感知易用性对使用意愿具有正向影响,感知风险、信息过载和技术焦虑通过对感知有用性和感知易用性造成负向影响进而降低使用意愿。基于此,一要加强中老人群体数字素养培训;二要推出对中老年人更加友好的智慧医疗系统服务界面,对现有系统进行适老化改造;三要加强社区组织和志愿者的支持力度。Based on the grounded theory,combined with the survey data of the influencing factors of smart medical services conducted in a number of tertiary hospitals in Chengdu,Sichuan Province in July 2022,this study uses structural equation models to make an in⁃depth analysis of the influencing factors for the middle⁃aged and elderly groups to use smart medical services.It is found that the low willingness of middle⁃aged and elderly groups to use smart medical services is one of the important reasons for the digital divide of middle⁃aged and elderly groups to use smart medical services.Among them,perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive impact on the willingness to use,and perceived risk,information overload and technical anxiety reduce the willingness to use through the negative impact on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.Accordingly,it is proposed to strengthen digital literacy training for the middle⁃aged and elderly groups,simplify interface design and operation steps,and strengthen the support from community organizations and volunteers.
