摘 要:本文主要介绍一辆自动档车辆在低速行驶时车身出现抖动现象,当汽车时速超过35公里时,抖动消失。经过检查发现仪表上发动机的故障指示灯始终未点亮,但自动变速器在2档升至3档时,主轴转速在1639转出现连续波动,同时锁止离合器ETR滑移率也出现连续波动。判断是由于该车锁止离合器出现故障,导致车辆在低速行驶时的连续抖动。最后更换液力变矩器总成后,经路试该车故障现象消失,再次采集的数据流也没有连续波动现象,证明故障已排除。This article mainly introduces the shaking phenomenon of the body of an automatic transmission vehicle when driving at low speeds.When the car speed exceeds 35 kilometers per hour,the shaking disappears.After inspection,it was found that the engine fault indicator light on the instrument panel was not always on.However,when the automatic transmission rose from 2nd to 3rd gear,the spindle speed fluctuated continuously at 1639 rpm,and the slip rate of the lock up clutch ETR also fluctuated continuously.It is determined that the vehicle's lock up clutch has malfunctioned,causing continuous shaking while driving at low speeds.Finally,after the Torque converter assembly was replaced,the fault phenomenon of the vehicle disappeared after the road test,and the data stream collected again did not fluctuate continuously,which proved that the fault has been eliminated.
