摘　　要：介绍了纯电动汽车的二手车评估背景,比较了纯电动汽车和传统燃油车的差异,分析了重置成本法在纯电动汽车二手车评估中的应用。在重置成本计算中提出了售后调整因数。在成新率计算中,针对纯电动汽车提出了动力电池循环寿命法。分析了适用于纯电动汽车成新率的计算方法。The background of used car evaluation for battery electric vehicles is introduced,the differences between battery electric vehicles and fuel vehicles are compared,the application of replacement cost method in used car evaluation for battery electric vehicles is analyzed.Aftermarket service adjustment factor is proposed in replacement cost calculation.In the calculation of newness rate,the power battery cycle life method is proposed for battery electric vehicles.The calculation method applicable to the newness rate of battery electric vehicles is analyzed.
