摘 要:通过调整需求侧负荷的用电状态,有效改善系统的电压动态水平。考虑到中长期电压动态的时间尺度与负荷需求响应的时间尺度存在交集,本文以中长期电压质量和负荷控制成本为目标,建立了基于需求响应的中长期电压动态多目标优化控制模型。针对优化模型难求解的问题,采用多项式逼近方法,逼近出描述中长期电压动态轨迹与需求响应可控变量之间函数关系的显式代数多项式,并基于此多项式,将含有微分方程的优化模型化简成仅含代数方程的非线性规划模型,进而用内点法求解,得到中长期电压动态的优化控制策略。Demand response can effectively improve the dynamic voltage level of the system by adjusting the state of the load in the grid.Considering that the time scale of medium and long term voltage dynamics intersects with that of load demand response,this paper establishes a multi-objective optimal control model of medium and long term voltage dynamics based on demand response,aiming at medium and long term voltage quality and load control cost.Because this optimization model contains differential equations describing the medium and long term voltage dynamic process,it is difficult to solve.Therefore the polynomial approximation method is used to approximate the explicit algebraic polynomial describing the functional relationship between the dynamic trajectory of medium and long term voltage and the controllable variables of demand response.Based on this polynomial,the optimization model containing differential equations is simplified into a nonlinear programming model containing only algebraic equations,and then solved by the interior point method to obtain the optimal control strategy of medium and long term voltage dynamics.
