摘  要:为了延长苹果的贮藏期,提高其品质,改进苹果贮藏技术,开展采后不同药剂和包装方式处理对苹果贮藏期间品质影响的研究。采摘成熟度一致、大小均匀的新红星、国光、秦冠、富士苹果,采用品质评价方法对各试验处理的苹果贮藏效果进行对比,明确各品种苹果最佳使用药剂。结果表明,多菌灵配合CaCl_(2)处理可有效保持富士、国光、秦冠苹果品质,保鲜效果更好;装袋封口的包装处理方式较好地保存了果实的风味,贮藏效果最佳,在0~2℃条件下贮藏,可保鲜6个月。研究不同药剂和包装处理对苹果贮藏品质的影响旨在为新红星、国光、秦冠、富士苹果的采后贮藏及品质保障提供理论指导和技术支撑。In order to extend the storage life and improve the quality of apples,and to enhance apple storage technology,this study investigated the effects of different agents and packaging methods on the quality of stored apples.Mature and uniform-sized apples of the varieties Xinhongxing,Guoguang,Qinguan and Fuji were harvested,and the storage effects of different treatments were compared using quality evaluation methods to determine the optimal agents for each variety.The results showed that the combination of carbendazim with CaCl_(2) effectively maintained the quality of Fuji,Guoguang and Qinguan apples,resulting in better preservation.The packaging treatment of bag sealing effectively preserved the flavor of the fruits,with good storage effects.When stored at 0 to 2℃,the fruits could be preserved for 6 months.This research provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the post-harvest storage and quality assurance of Xinhongxing,Guoguang,Qinguan and Fuji apples.
