摘　　要：构建适应新时代教育评价改革目标的“五育并举”大学生综合素质测评体系是实现立德树人根本任务的有效途径。从知识和实践两个层面构建德、智、体、美、劳“五育并举”大学生综合素质测评体系,并定义校本化的具体指标内涵,改进对学生每学年末的结果评价,强化对学生学习即时性过程评价,完善五育综合评价,从而激励学生积极主动全面发展自我,实现为党育人、为国育才、培养新时代接班人的教育使命。Building a comprehensive quality evaluation system of“five dimension educating integration”for college students that meets the goals of education evaluation reform in the new era is an effective way to foster virtue through education.From the theoretical and practical levels,constructs the comprehensive quality evaluation system of“five dimension educating integration”,namely,moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education.It also defines the specific school based indicators,improves the result evaluation of students at the end of each school year,enhances the immediate evaluation of students’learning processes,and refines the evaluation of well rounded education.All this will encourage students to achieve self development and help the university continue cultivating talent for the Party and the country and nurture talent to join the socialist cause in the new era.
