摘 要:针对配电房内部设施改造规划设计的需求,该文基于三维点云、三维模型、全景影像等数据,采用C/S、B/S混合架构,设计研发了具有三维建模与浏览、网络数据管理与调度、配网规划与设计等功能的配网规划系统。规划人员进行改造设计时,可快速获取配电房的三维空间信息,在可量测的精确实景三维可视化场景中布设配电设备,并根据设备安全距离的规范要求自动调整设备位置,生成和输出二维设计图件。测试表明,系统运行流畅、三维实景效果逼真、功能满足设计需要。系统将精细级别实景三维模型应用于配电房配网规划设计,提升了配电房配网规划设计及管理的数字化与信息化水平,延伸了实景三维中国在电力行业的应用,提高了工作效率,具有推广应用价值。According to the planning and design needs for the renovation of inside equipment in power distribution rooms,a distribution network planning system is designed and developed.Based on the 3D point clouds,panoramic images,3Dmodels data,the system uses C/S and B/S architecture,integrates three-dimensional modeling and browsing,network data management and scheduling,distribution network planning and design and other functional modules.When planners carry out renovation design,they can quickly obtain the three-dimensional space information of the power distribution room,lay out power distribution equipment in a measurable three-dimensional visualization scene,automatically adjust the position of the equipment according to the equipment safe distance,generate and output 2Ddesign drawings.The testing shows that the system runs smoothly,the three-dimensional real scene effect is realistic,and the functions meet the design requirements.The system applies the fine-level real scene 3D model to the distribution room distribution network planning and design,improves the digitalization and informatization level of distribution room distribution network planning and design and management,extends the application of real 3DChina in the electric power industry,improves the working efficiency,and has the value of promotion and application.
