摘  要:目的探究脑栓通胶囊联合丁苯酞对静脉溶栓后急性脑梗死患者神经因子及基质金属蛋白酶水平的影响。方法选择2019年4月至2021年6月接收的104例静脉溶栓后急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组在常规对症治疗基础上给予丁苯酞,观察组在对照组基础上加施脑栓通胶囊。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗4周后,观察组的神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平高于对照组,神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平高于对照组,脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑栓通胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗静脉溶栓后急性脑梗死患者可改善机体应激反应,调节基质金属蛋白酶水平,促进神经功能恢复,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of Naoshuantong capsule combined with butylphthalide on nerve factors and matrix metalloproteinase levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis.Methods A total of 104 patients with acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis received from April 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given butylphthalide on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given Naoshuantong capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of neuron specific enolization(NSE)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),tissue inhibitor of metalloprotease-1(TIMP-1)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of lipid peroxide(LPO)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoshuantong capsule combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolysis can improve the body's stress response,regulate the level of matrix metalloproteinase,and promote the recovery of neurological function,which is worthy of promotion.
